Guidance For Selected the Reducer ROLADRIVE ®
The reducer ROLADRIVE ® is manufactured and designed on the under uniform load and continuous working for 10 hours daily, when the working time and load condition are some changed, then the reducer is selected must be revised by the following load factor.

(2) The model is selected by the lowest R. P. M. on the constant power and the highest
     R .P .M. on the constant torque.

(3) The load and power of the reducer are confirmed which is selected and calculated by
     the following formula.
 
P1 = Load power (HP)
P2 = Input power (HP)
S.F. = Referenced to the above table
= Efficiency (General 90%, Two stage 80%)
 

(4) The torque and power of the reducer are confirmed which is selected and calculated by
     the following formula.
T = Out put torque( kgf-M )
N = Out put revolution(R.P.M.)

(5) The start torque over the constant torque 160%, which is selected and calculated by
     the following formula.
Tmax = Top torque
Tp = Output torque

(6) Out-board hanging load (O.H.L)

T = Out put torque
D = Pulley ,sprocket gear
CF = Load factor
Pulley=1.5 , sprocket=1.0 , gear=1.25

Relative Calculation Formula:
   (1) constant output torque (kgf-M)T=716.2 x input power x ratio x / in put motor revolution RPM.
        ( is efficiency the input motor).
   (2) Practical torque = constant output torque T x load safety factor (S.F.)
   (3) The final result reference to the above selected table and choose to the proper model.
