| (2) | Confirming and checking the oil before operation. | | (3) | To altering the oil after 300 hours on the primary turning , then altering the oil after 1000 hours per times. | | (4) | Take off the Oil-Level bolt when the oil are filled , Over-flow from the oil-level bolt then screw in bolt and stand for some minutes , repeat filling so that the oil sure are not overflow from the oil level bolt. | | (5) | Low noise will occur when the oil no enough in the reducer , please filling the oil again. | | (6) | Coating the pipe thread sealing tape on the all bolts when screwing. | | (7) | If have the oil flow from the breather bolt during the turning , Then take off the oil-level bolt so that the oil flow from it at "Start" condition. |
Installation ROLADRIVE® Reducer
| (1) | The revolving direction of exporting and importing are inverse and allow to running on the different direction. | | (2) | Don't have to install the thrust bearing in the reducer , if need it , contact us please. | | (3) | Horizontal type reducer to install , incline angle don't over 15 degree , vertical type reducer to install , low speed shaft toward down , other necessary installation type , contact us , please. | | (4) | The transmission elements are pressed in the shaft which need to use the bolts , avoid to knock. | | (5) | Confirm to the normal ventilation before running. | | (6) | Control to use the inverter , the frequency don't setting below 15HZ for avoid the vibration of the motor. | | (7) | Confirm to the voltage , frequency and phase of the power unit , refer to the line connecting diagram in the motor cover. | | (8) | Adopting the coupling must to consider the center line and sure accuracy. | | (9) | Use the transmission belt , need to note the parallelism and the tension don't over , avoid bearing to damage. |
