The reducer ROLADRIVE® is manufactured and designed on the under uniform load and continuous working for 10 hours daily,
when the working time and load condition are some changed, then the reducer is selected must be revised by the following load factor.

(2) The model is selected by the lowest R.P.M. on the constant power and the highest R.P.M. on the constant torque.

(3) The load and power of the reducer are confirmed which is selected and calculated by the following formula.

S.F. = Referenced to the above table
= Efficiency (General 90%, Two stage 80%)

(4) The torque and power of the reducer are confirmed which is selected and calculated by the following formula.

(5) The start torque over the constant torque 160%, which is selected and calculated by the following formula.
|
|
